What happens when the 7-day trial ends?
Nothing is charged, and we never ask for a card to start. Near the end you pick a plan and keep everything you have built: branding, people, news, files. Decide against it and the site is switched off.
What do people sign in with?
Whatever suits your company. Email and password work from day one, or connect your identity provider — Entra, Okta, Google Workspace and the rest — over SAML or OpenID Connect so people use the account they already have. Connect your directory over SCIM or SFTP as well and accounts open and close as it changes, so nobody keeps a login they should not have.
Are there implementation or onboarding fees?
None. Axero Go is built to be set up by the person who needs it: a guided wizard, starter content and bulk invites. Professional services never appear on the invoice.
Are we tied into a contract?
No. Plans are monthly and you can cancel any time, with nothing owed past the current month.
Can we move to the enterprise platform later?
Yes, and that is the point. Axero Go and the Axero enterprise platform are the same product family, so advanced permissions, deeper customization and a dedicated account manager arrive with a plan change, and your branding, content and people come with you.
Who sets it up, and do we need IT?
Whoever owns internal comms usually does it themselves. Name it, add your logo and color, pick your quick links and launch-pad apps, and publish your first announcement. IT only gets involved to wire single sign-on to your identity provider, and that is a short configuration.
Can we bring in our SharePoint files?
Yes, on Growth and Enterprise. Pick the SharePoint folders you want and they appear in Files and in search, read-only and kept in step as they change in SharePoint. Setup is a Microsoft sign-in by your admin plus one step in Microsoft’s own Graph Explorer — no PowerShell, no scripts. How SharePoint file sync works.
What counts toward the people limit?
Active people with a login. Essentials covers up to 100, Growth up to 500, Enterprise goes beyond. Hiring within your plan leaves the price where it was.
How does billing work?
Flat monthly billing by card, on the same date each month. Add-ons are billed monthly alongside the plan, and a plan change takes effect on the next invoice.
