What happens when the 7-day trial ends?

Nothing breaks and nothing is charged — we never ask for a card to start. Near the end you pick a plan and keep what you have already built: your branding, your people, your news, your files. Decide against it and the site is simply switched off.

Is single sign-on an extra?

No. Single sign-on and directory sync are included with Growth and Enterprise at no extra cost — SAML, OpenID Connect, SCIM and SFTP, plus the major identity and HR providers. We do not sell identity as an add-on.

Are there implementation or onboarding fees?

None. Axero Go is built to be set up by the person who needs it: a guided wizard, starter content and bulk invites. There is no professional-services line item, no kickoff project and no consultant.

Are we tied into a contract?

No. Plans are monthly and you can cancel any time. No annual lock-in, no minimum term, no penalty for leaving.

Can we move to the enterprise platform later?

Yes, and that is the point. Axero Go and the Axero enterprise platform are the same product family, so growing into REST APIs, advanced permissions, deeper customization and a dedicated account manager is an upgrade rather than a migration. Never a re-platform, never a new vendor.

Who sets it up — do we need IT?

Whoever owns internal comms usually does it themselves. Name it, add your logo and color, invite your team; the starter news, events and pages are already there. IT only gets involved to wire single sign-on to your identity provider, and that is a short configuration, not a project.

What counts towards the people limit?

Active people with a login. Essentials covers up to 100, Growth up to 500, Enterprise goes beyond. Hiring within your plan does not change the price — there is no per-person charge at any tier.

How does billing work?

Flat monthly billing by card. Enter code LAUNCH50 at checkout for 50% off your first two months; after that the plan renews at its regular flat monthly price. Add-ons are billed monthly alongside the plan.
